How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-6 business days, while Express shipping arrives within 1-3 business days. Please allow 24-48 hours for our warehouse team to pack your order.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings and undergarments cannot be returned.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track your package directly through our website by entering your order number and email address.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal, and flexible payment options like Afterpay and Klarna so you can shop now and pay later.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
Because we aim to get your items to you as fast as possible, we start processing orders immediately. Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
